You don't say! Vic O opens up on his 'collabo with JayZ '

Our man who murdered Drake and Meek Mill with one diss track, Vic O has said he was to collabo with Jay Z but lost the contact..Speaking on the Breakfast club, he said
 There was a collabo that was supposed to take place with Jay Z, what happened is that, I lost my contact and my diary and all that.. 
Asked if he was to pay Jay Z any money, he said Why will I pay him.. Wow!
