Nery Carvajal-Gonzalez, 48, is accused of mutilating the victim by injecting his penis with fillers to make it appear bigger and thicker.The 55-year-old man told police he had been left unable to have sex.
Gonzalez has been charged with one count of unlicensed health care that caused serious injury and two counts of practicing without a medical license.
Authorities have been searching for her since early this month when the alleged victim came forward, WPLG-TV reported.
A police warrant is quoted as saying: "
"The victim's penis was now incredibly small, yet very swollen and the skin around the shaft had been removed and was raw.
The police warrant states that the second botched surgery left the victim with a penis that had "retracted so far that it protruded less than one inch from his body."
