(Photos)Plainclothes Policemen spotted carrying out stop and search in Lagos

 Is this right? A twitter user shared these photos of plain clothes policemen stopping passerby's and searching them indiscriminately.Even those passing on bikes,are stopped,pockets searched,phones etc They are said to be officers from Soloki police station in Surulere,Lagos..
