GRAPHIC Photo-Lady spotted vomitting blood in Ikorodu

A twitter user shared a very graphic and sad photo of a lady who was vomiting blood yesterday at Benson Bustop in Ikorodu ,Lagos..I wonder what was wrong as he hasn't responded to more questions about her ..
It's a really sad and very graphic photo.Do not open if you don't have the heart..Below

  1. Omg what must have happened.It could be she had internal bleeding.Did they just stand and watch her or Atleast airlift her to the nearest hospital

    1. It's not their fault abeg. If u try to help, the hospital mgt will detain you until a relative comes and if that person dies, u don enter wahala be dat. Na u get corpse. So I won't advice anyone to even try it. The best option is to find her phone and help contact a relative.

  7. C d way they gathered and d r looking @ her,nobody can even help her or call d hospital or police. We Nigerians r fond of doin this, dt was hw my sis had had an accident nd pple gathered nd were looking until wen she screamed @ dem dt they shd stop looking nd help.then a man 4rm nowhere came nd helped her to d hospital.
