Its either Scott is done with Kourtney or he is just trying together really jealous..For the second time in a row, he was spotted with his rumoured ex Chloe Bartoli in France..They were spotted aboard a large yacht with friends ..
Meanwhile,Kourtney stepped out in fab cropped top and jeans today,but no matter how hard she tried,she couldn't mask the pain in her eyes..
