ReplyDeleteI bought from Pazino ECC for N850k January 5th this year, on the 12th of same January this year, the estate land for Almonds and Vines Phase 2 went to N1.3million. That is 7 days after I bought. Land investment isn't a joke, you guys should take it serious. I am always thankful that at 31 I am landlord and my girlfriend is already feeling like landylady at 23. I owe God my heart.
