I used to be FAT just like you but with regular one hour jogging every morning for 3 months,i lost those excess fat.U can mistake me for Tyson Beckford right now. Excess fat is not good for anyone's health.It is more dangerous than smoking. Moreover,men dont like fat women bcos making love to them is hard labour.
