Did Dencia steal Katy Perry's look?(Photos)

 You know some have accused Dencia of ripping off Nicki Minaj's style..She has vehemently slammed those reports even alluding to the fact her designs have been worn by Nicki..Now,Dencia covered House of Maliq May issue in a costume designed by her..

Now, some say she ripped off Katy Perry's outfit in Dark Horse video..The outfits look similar or did Dencia design Katy's outfit? You just never know...
