Tinubu slams APC party leaders over loss of 5 House of Reps seats to PDP

APC national leader Bola Tinubu has expressed disappointment over the loss of five House of Representatives seats to Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the March 28th, presidential and National Assembly elections.
Vanguard reports that,Tinubu stated this at an emergency stakeholders meeting to review last election and strategize for the Saturday governorship and state house of assembly election, held at APC Lagos Secretariat, Ikeja.According to Tinubu,
, “You, the party leaders have disappointed us. For the first time, we lost five House of Representatives seats to the opposition party, this is unacceptable, a huge disappointment.Though in politics you win some you loose some You have failed. So there is no excuse to fail this time.
“Also you did not come out in large number, were you afraid.? You have no cause to be afraid as adequate security is on ground to protect you and your property. So don’t be intimidated by their sporadic shooting of guns meant to scare you away from doing your civic right. The Hausa communities had a very good and encouraging turn-out, we expect better performance this time.”
He stressed that despite APC confidence to continue in the state, the party can not afford to miss it again in the next election as its too risky to leave Lagos in the hands of those without experience.

Those in attendance at the meeting were: State Chairman of the party, Chief Henry Ajomale, Senator elects, Oluremi Tinubu, Gbenga Ashafa and Olamilekan Adeola, Demola Seriki, all state party leaders among others.

    2. most of the youths supporting Ambode are only supporting him because
      1. they have been paid
      2. they like his very interesting campaign songs
      3. they know little or nothing about his service record.
elaborating on his service record, Ambode is cold hearted thief who would rob Lagos blind! while he was in service, he robbed civil servants blind! held back some salaries unnecessarily, made the promotion process more humiliating, cut back on pension and salaries he was terrible! he is thievnubu's boy and that one was ok with it while he was in power. as he too was gaining from it. when fashola got into office, fashola could not cope with his excesses, so thievnubu asked him to resign in order to save his future political aspirations. Ambode is a thief! AMBODE IS A THIEF!! if u think I'm lying, ask someone who was in civil service when Ambode was there. Please Lagosians, vote any other person,i mean ANY OTHER PERSON but NOT AMBODE, PLEASE! i have no problem with APC. If Fashola wants a 3rd term sef, i will go and cast my vote for him. If APC had brought another candidate, NO PROBLEM! but NOT AMBODE PLEASE! Lagos will be doomed if this man wins, please

  6. Just bcos APC won presidential elections doesn't mean they will win every thing. Just check out how Tinubu is ranting and telling APC leaders he's disappointed in them. I can imagine what would have happened had it been they lost. Politicians are all greedy.
