Man spotted running with INEC Ballot Box(Photo)

For  those who have been hearing of people running away with ballot boxes but have never seen a photo,here is a man spotted running with an INEC ballot box on Saturday.According to reports,this happened in Zamfara..

From his looks, you can tell he was probably paid peanuts to risk his life and commit such an atrocity..What a shame..
