Despite being caught with PVCs,INEC Awards Dr. Ujam Certificate(Photos)

Federal house of reps aspirant, Dr. Chukwuemeka Ujam who was paraded after being allegedly caught with 4000 PVCs at Ozalla, Nkanu East LGA Enugu State, has been awarded his 'winners'' certificate by INEC INEC  has awarded
Ujam, contested for the post of member of the Federal House of Representatives, Nkanu East/West, Enugu in the just concluded 2015 elections.He was paraded by soldiers on elections day.

      You should know that buhari didnt have a secondary school cert which has already disqualify him outrightly. To contest for president but jega turned a blind eye.

    What about buhari who didnt meet inec requirement to be eligible to contest for president,yet,he was cleared to contest by jega?what about the underage voters who were allowed to vote for buhari the north?Are they not issues to be address?
