80 percent of card readers fail in Patience Jonathan's homeown,Okrika

According to reports,80 percent of the card readers not working in the First Lady's hometown,Okrika. Some result sheets are said to be missing in the area.Meanwhile, unlike the presidential elections,  Dame Patience was noticeably absent at the  Otuoke polling unit during President Jonathan's accreditation..
