President Jonathan welcomes International Election Observer Groups (Photos)

 Today March 25th,Members of several International Election Observer Groups were at the State House, Abuja where they were received by president Jonathan...They are expected to be independent observers of the upcoming presidential elections on Saturday March 28th,2015..
