Marriage hasn't changed me-Toke Makinwa

Toke Makinwa has opened up on her marriage to Maje..What she cherishes most about him and what has changed..Sh told Encomium 

 On her marriage being a year old?
It is like closing your eyes and opening them, that’s how it feels clocking one.  We woke up one morning and realized that it is a year already.  It is really unbelievable.  We have been through a lot.  If you are married, you will understand the first year is the most difficult time in marriage.  We have had our own fair share, but we somehow pulled it together.  That is why we are still here.
The greatest thing about being married

Having a constant friend, 24/7.  You always have someone to talk to, you are never out of conversation.  I hope we never get out of conversation.  You always have someone with you walking through the earth.  You have the assurance that you are not alone but there is someone you pray with, play with and hold on to
What actually happened?  It seems you deceived people that you were not getting married to your husband again and before we knew it, you were married to him?
We have passed that now.  We are two people trying to find our way around life.  Sometimes you are happy, sometimes you are not.  I think it was because I was a public figure that was why it went far like that.  A lot of people go through it, they break up to make up.  Boyfriend and girlfriend break up and still come together.  Husband and wife fight.  There was no deceit.  We are now together, we have been together for a year.
What do you cherish most about him?
We are different. He is the calm one, he is a bit quiet.  If anyone wants to take advantage of anyone of us, there is always that voice of reasoning that will calm things down and when I feel he is keeping too quiet, I voice out.  It is a mix.  I think that is exactly how God fashion things.
What has changed about you since you got married?
I don’t think anything has changed, nothing has changed.  I don’t think I really have to answer that question, people that know me should do so.
When are you starting a family?
When God says it is time.

      @Sunny Otuns: Couples can decide to start having babies when they feel like. Marriage is not just about making babies..it also revolves around companionship, love and other stuffs. There is no sense in making babies that you aren't ready to properly care for. So please let them be.

    I somehow find it sad that smthng as huge as marriage,which should be a milestone,didn't have the power to affect a change in the lives of the couple involved.Marriage is huge.very important.it shd mark a before and after in one's life.I expect more than 'no changes' from marriage else what's the point?isn't marriage supposed to be a good thing?

    Toke big liar, if marraige hasn't changed u one way or the other then u not really married or in love with ur hubby, even the almighty Kim can attest to that, she talked how Kanye has changed her to being a better person so stop forming fake celebrity and say the truth. Weda u like it or not marriage must change u in one way or the other, because u are not more alone, u with someone else and u have to do things asking ur self if that person will be happy with what u are about to do or not, that alone is change.but if u say marraige never change u den I see why u not preg until now.#bitch bye✋✋
