I quit politics because of my mother-Julius Agwu

Remember when Julius Agwu joined politics and even declared his intention to contest for governor of Rivers State..  He suddenly dropped out of the race....

However during the APC Valentine dinner, Agwu who was the host revealed why he backed out from the race. Agwu said that immediately his mother got wind of his political ambition, she called him and begged him to opt out of the race....
“My mum called me to confirm and I said it was true. She cried on the phone and told me to drop my ambition and leave it for the politicians before they kidnap her and demand for ransom. I had to oblige my mother’s request,”

I ran to my neighbor - Champion and told him," Champion e jo e fun mi lese laya(champion pls punch me in the chest). ti e ba gbami lese laya mo ma ku oo (if you don't punch me I will die" oo). He hissed and walked out having had enough of such nonsense from the boys in the boys quarters. Then came the voice again -" oya ma sare lo" (start running) I ran back out this time around to a nurse in the area, first thing she asked was -" kilode o wo bata ni"? (why don't you have your shoes on?)I told her "Jackie Chan ti gba bata lowo mi" (Jackie Chan collected my shoes) read MY EXPERIENCE WITH WEED HERE

  8. Ah,Julius talk true, apc no gree pick you as their governorship candidate.Na amaechi tell you say make you back off from the race with wads. But why are comedian knowing that things are not right in the country? When these politicians pay them to crack jokes in political rallies and other functions they don't used that platform to let them know that boys are not smiling?

  16. If you are game, opt in otherwise opt out as the case for Julius. It's good to leave it for the politicians though.
