Fashion Icon! Kim K dresses North West Steps In A Big Fur Coat

Kim Kardashian and baby North were spotted leaving their apartment and heading for dinner. All eyes were on North West who rocked a huge fur coat. Though she seemed to be struggling with the weight, Kim carried her up after a while.
