If true, what is the west doing accommodating these thieves since most of the stolen monies are in European or American Banks with the full knowledge of those governments, who in turn preach the practice of good governance to the leaders of Africa. Presidential jobs don't pay that much so can someone tell me if this isn't duplicity, complicity, hypocrisy or all of the above on the part of Western nations.
