Kelly Osbourne tattoos her head(Photos)

 Fashion Police star,Kelly Osborne who earlier said she was removing most of her tattoos because they didn't make sense,shocked fans by not tattooing her skin but the side of her head with an inscription"Stories"..She posted the photos on her instagram page and captioned one "Opps what did I do"?

Majority of fans blasted her some saying she must be drunk, sick or needed to have tattooed stupid instead of stories...

She must be going through a phase..Recently, she has been very unlucky with love...That looks painful.....
