Kim is flaunting her perfect figure as their wedding draws closer.She stepped out with Kanye for a shopping trip in Paris where they splurged $8,000 on designer items..

As usual, she was slammed on Social media with some saying her boobs need a lift..These are the same people criticising her for allegedly having butt implants .Lol
