Dbanj has beaten fellow nominees 2Face Idibia, Akon, Banky W, Darey, Davido & many others to cart home the  World Music Award for "Africa’s World Best Male Artiste"2014..He also performed at the awards..
The award show took place on Tuesday, May 27,  in Monaco.
