Creepy moment man sneaks under actress America Ferrera's Dress as she posed for pictures(Photos)

 A Ukrainian journalist caused a scene at Cannes Film Festival when he ran onto the carpet , lay on the ground and put his head under America Ferrera's voluminous white dress as she posed for pictures with her co-stars.
The horrified Ugly Betty actress turned around in shock and security whisked him away .

This isn't the first time. In 2012,he was slapped by Will Smith for trying to kiss him on a red carpet.
