      I can see you are dumb a 22 year old is an adult while a15 year old is still under aged and this dude is 28 and that makes him an adult, what he is doing is illegal, sexual abuse of a minor. My 16 year old Lil sis reported some dude who was touching her to me he is 23 am going home tomorrow and going straight to d police no time fir rubbish.
