Miley Cyrus tattoos a "crying cat" on her bottom lip (Photos)

 She may not shock us anymore with her nude antics but this new painful tattoo sure has people talking.She got her new  sad cat tattoo and said "#sadkitty #f***yeahtulsa #lovemoneyparty #freakz"
It's very painful and just incase she regrets it,the removal procedure is even more painful
