ALERT!!!!!! JUMIA ON LINE STORES ARE SELLING FAKE AND SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS.I REQUESTED FOR TWO ELECTRICAL ITEMS,WHICH I PAID FOR BARELY AN HOUR AGO,ONE WAS WORKING,WHILST THE OTHER IS FAULTY. I CALLED THEIR SERVICE CENTER,SPOKE TO FOUR OF THEIR SERVICE AGENTS AT SEPERATE TIMES, MAXINE AND THE THREE OTHERS, AND THEY TOLD ME THE ITEM CANNOT BE FIXED/REPLACED OR ME GETTING MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS DAYLIGHT FRAUD. ALL SHOULD BEWARE OF JUMIA WITH THEIR UNTESTED PRODUCTS!!!!!!
