Aworolo Akolade's Father-in-law of reacts to his death sentence

After the death sentence yesterday ,Aworolo broke down in tears and started praying and while his murdered wife's family are supposed to be happy they found justice, the father-in-law of Aworolo Akolade told reporters
“The Bible says that you should not rejoice at the downfall of your enemy. I feel bad about all this because this was a boy I assisted in every way I could. He even said when giving evidence in court that we were close and this is very true. I assisted him when he needed me and even though he was jobless, my daughter (Titilayo) also helped him.
I am happy the judge berated Akolade’s parents for telling lies in court. They bad-mouthed my daughter and even claimed that she committed suicide. I am happy that my daughter has been vindicated.  I have also been vindicated because I told the whole truth in court. I leave everything to God”.
On their 5 year old daughter, he said...
“When she comes of age and begins to ask questions and is reasonable enough, we will tell her everything that happened”

Akolade still maintains his late wife stabbed herself despite the fact that 76 stab wounds were found on her...

      I believe he is innocent as well...and there's more to it than meets the eye, sadly our police force are not thorough when it comes to investigating ...God sees all and knows all...Z

      Both of u are dumb. Innocent how? The woman stabbed herself 76 times and removed one of her eyes, ripped her intestine, damaged her ribcage?

      He lives on my street at holysaviours rd isolo wre he stabbed hhis wife Titi!
      Ask anyone on dat street and they'll tell u!
      The guys is nt only useless bt he fucked evrythn in skirt on that street on his matrimonial bed!
      His wife goes to work annd he's jobless! Very lousy idiots!
      We guys on dat street hate him wt a passion! No one fit tel him wife sey na so and so ur husband carry go inside una house go fuck today o!
      N they are always fighting!
      She wl leave for days and then cum bak again wt her then 2yr old baby!
      Very useless man! Nw he's shouting Jesus he no even dey go church!
      Very arrogant, lousy and violent tout!

      You can imagine the guy's character and some people coming here to say, he might be innocent of the accusation. He knowingly killed his wedded wife by stabbing her 76 times. You can imagine him also bringing in ladies home to sleep with when his wife is gone for her work to get something to take care of the home front. Too bad

    Regardless of the fact that justice had to take its cause, i still think that sentencing him to death by Hanging is just too Harsh!! Life Imprisonment Is Ok!!
