In the latest issue of the Hollywood Reporter, Oprah opened up on why she doesn't have kids and it has nothing to do with being unable to conceive as some claimed but her ambition to be a powerful woman
"If I had kids, my kids would hate me. ReplyDeleteIt is all about culture and upbringing, we africans put a lot on having children for tomorrow when we are weak but some other parts of the world they are so independent and having children is not a do or die affair, it is a choice. Even when they have children, they don't have them in large numbers. Bill clinton has one daughter, obama has 2. Do we really need to leave a large linage after we are gone?
