Peter Okoye's response to a fan who called him an"Empty Head"

So, Peter Okoye congratulated Kcee for joining the oil business by saying "Welcome on bored" which he later corrected..Not before a fan called him empty head.This is similar to what happened to Wizkid, the difference is..Peter Okoye did the best thing "BLOCKED"
