    it's only his opinion, but if he was in his right senses he would know that men in suit are the richest in the world, no celebrity is worth over a billion dollar.. he copied the tweet and he thinks it fits his style/swag so don't blame him, if you don't know you don't, because he is who he is does not make him knowledgeable or perfect .
