Are these the world''s ugliest shoes

There's nothing one wont see in this world. These new shoes is contending for the title of world's ugliest shoes and its already making waves on runways....
Made by high end designer, Celine,the price is not yet made available but the average pair of Celine shoes costs between £400 and £600.
