When I came across the story of Annette Larkins ,I was stunned.She is 70 years old but doesnt look a bit near that age.
Her secret? She doesn't eat anything that has been cooked. A vegetarian, her diet consists of organic vegetables, fruits, seeds and nuts grown in her own garden.
She also drinks rainwater.
