In a shocking interview with Channels TV,producer and singer, K Solo has admitted that all the issues reported to the media by his wife was just acting.
He said they never had any marital issues but were just playing pranks."I'm a showbiz person,if i don't do singing,I do acting".According to him,it made him know his friends and enemies .

The wife also said"we were just acting,all you saw was acting".She said thanks to everyone and apologized to those the prank got to.

He also says they were just catching fun and Nigerians should watch out for a  movie on it which would be airing in the Cinema's

Why Davido cancelled Dbanj's UK concert

There have been several speculations as to why Davido cancelled his Dbanj's UK concert.Well,Davido himself gave the reason on twitter.He was'nt granted a UK visa.

As an American citizen, I do not require a visa to enter the United Kingdom, however I require a work permit in the UK for any paid performance such as the scheduled August 27, 2012 in London, that is the law in the United Kingdom. So, its a new dawn.They say the only constant thing in life is change.This change should be expected in all of life's endevours.

 However,when change becomes a competition,or forced,it is questionable.Yes,call me insensitive.Maybe life's occurrences has made me a little more hardened.

 Last week,a beautiful promising young lady was on the brink of death.Her name,Funmi Lawal.The #SaveFunmi# Campaign was born. No! Lest I forget,there was a young bright man,Meka.An OAP with Rythm Fm who needs7 million Naira for a kidney transplant.His pleas at raising funds didnt really shake or move Nigerians.

Then Funmi took over and in less than a week,we had generous donations from the likes of Donjazzy, Tonto Dikeh & Rukky Sanda.

Just when Nigerians were thanking God for Funmi's life,another beautiful,promising girl Debbie was hit hard by the dreaded breast cancer.Then we started seeing snippets of the #SaveDebbie# campaign.By this morning,twitter,facebook,BBM and all networking sites had been overtaken with the fight for this girl's life.

Then came the THREATS.I call them threats because I noticed celebrities were being coerced into donating to this cause.Insults were being thrown at a few of them.Notably,Dbanj,Davido,Omotola,Genevieve etc.

Ruggedman who was the first celebrity to identify with the #savedebbie# cause was worse hit as a rumor found its way that he donated the sum of 5,000 naira as against the 85,000 he is said to have donated.Do I need to describe the level of insults rained at him?It got me thinking,should a celeb's contribution be weighed by how much he gives out? Do they have to be coerced into donating to a cause.?

Whether Davido N1million donation was borne out of pressure or gave out of his free will is not the issue.Debbie is N1million closer to her set goal of 6M.

I call on all of us to be civilized and respect the right of each Nigerian,celebrity or not.If we spent the time we use in raining insults at others to take a bike to the bank and pay in that 1,000 naira,Debbie,Meka and the thousand other Nigerians who are in need of help would be where they ought to be by now(receiving treatment).

So,why not remove the log from your eye before the speck in another's? Why not do your own part in helping the needy and keep quiet if you cant?Why not direct your insults at those who divert billions of naira meant to improve our health sector to their personal accounts?

The people causing this rancor are not even doing anything to help.You are building a hateful and spiteful attitude in celebs who even wanted to donate in the first place.

Lets not spoil the chances of others who might need help in future.You don't force donations out of people.

In the meantime.PLS #SAVE DEBBIE

I am overjoyed.You know that moment when you feel your efforts are finally paying off?Well,that is how I felt when popular Comedian Bovi commented on my blog and went ahead to recommend me on twitter.

It was like a dream because I just wrote one of my usual(not anymore.lol) stories.Then 2 days later, I saw this comment posted by an anonymous reader who made reference to being a comedian.

I replied the message and  proceeded to twitter when I realized I had a new follower(BOVI) and when i saw his last tweet,i realized he had recommended my story. As a bad sharp gal(lol),i put 1&2 together and nearly fainted"I tweeted.OMG!Bovi commented on my blog and is now following me.Faints with one eye open".

He didn't need to know me to do it.As a matter of fact, I've never blogged about him or met him.I've only laughed hilariously at his jokes and i'm glad I got to return the favor by making him laugh too.

Do I need to emphasize how much traffic that single recommendation has brought me?I cant say it here before he sends an invoice.(Men are not smiling as Akpos hasn't been able to win any money from Who wants to be a Billionaire)lol.

Tagged one of the cheapest celebrity divorces,it has been revealed that,Katie Holmes was awarded just $400,000 a year in child support payments in her divorce settlement from Tom Cruise

The 33-year-old star signed a prenuptial agreement when she married the Hollywood star in 2006 which excluded her from his $250 million fortune.

According to TMZ, Katie will receive no spousal support from him, however he is required to pay over $33,000 a month in child support for their six-year-old daughter Suri until she turns 18.

If their marriage had lasted more than 11 years, Katie, who earns a considerable amount less than her former husband, would have received half of Cruises’ $250 million fortune.

Cynthia Osokogu's mother recounts their last conversation

I can't imagine what it feels like to lose an only daughter.More still,at a time when all your sons are grown and have left the house.Since the murder of her daughter, General Frank Osokogu & his wife Mrs Joy Osokogu have kept mum on the issue.
She recently broke her silence to the GUARDIAN  when they visited the family home in ECWA Staff Quarters home in Farin Gada on Zaria Road, Jos North Local Council of Plateau State.Here is what she said

“On July 22, my daughter Cynthia called me and said that she had arrived Lagos. She was a student of Nasarawa State University in Keffi. She owned a boutique, which she opened when she was a third year undergraduate”.

“They usually brought her goods imported from the United States, but that fateful July 22, she told me that they were bringing her goods from England”.
“She said this time; she wanted to buy English goods to add to her other goods. She told me that since school would be resuming the next day, she would take the next flight to Jos to see me.

“As she did not arrive as she promised and we did not hear from her, we raised alarm and declared her missing”.
“Then on Monday, August 20, they said we should come to Lagos and that they cannot disclose anything unless we come”.
“It was when my son got to Lagos and they took him to the mortuary that they saw her corpse. I don’t know anything that happened again after that”.

The suspects in Cynthia’s death, Mrs. Osokogu said, told her daughter when they received her at the airport at the Lagos that her goods were in the hotel room and that they wanted to show her there.
“When they got there, they now strangled her to death, tied her mouth and everything. That was all”, she wailed.
