 Kim Kardashian made her first public appearance following reports she and husband Kanye West are expecting their third child via a surrogate.

Clad in a crop top,bizarre leggings and Yeezus transparent heels,the reality star was with her equally leggings-clad sister, Khloe Kardashian as they ran errands in New York.
