Tragedy struck in Akwa-Ibom state, a few hours ago as gunmen murdered a newly sworn in Council-secretary.
The gunmen suspected to be hired assassins shot and killed the newly sworn-in Ukanafun Local Government Secretary, Mr. Ime Atakpa, in the early hours of today.
This is heartbreaking
