NLC suspends nation-wide strike

NIGERIA Labour Congress, NLC, led by Ayuba Wabba, Sunday suspended the ongoing nationwide strike to force the Federal Government to reverse the N145 per litre pump price of petrol and resolved to resume negotiation with the government,Vanguard reports..

This came as Joe Ajaero led faction, weekend assured that labour movement would engage the federal government to ensure there was a time frame for ending importation of refined petroleum products into the country.

    Where did the "nationwide" strike hold? Or maybe Lagos ain't part of ds nation anymore. Lmao!!!
    On a more serious note, the NLC should go back to their drawing board & check what went wrong. They're losing their value by the day.
