The grand jury decided that there was enough evidence to charge newlywed Maraj – Nicki Minaj’s
oldest brother with sexually abusing the teen girl,Bossip exclusively reports.
They’d deliberated for about a month before handing down the decision April 4, according to court records.
Maraj, 37, is facing a top charge of felony predatory sexual assault against a child, along with felony sexual conduct against a child under age 13, sexual conduct against a child and endangering the welfare of a child.
He could get 15 years to life on the top charge alone.
