Man is caught on camera as he uses phone to 'film up woman's skirt'

 Footage has emerged online appearing to show a man using his phone to film up a woman's skirt as they both ride the subway.

A fellow commuter, took out his own camera phone to catch the man red-handed.

The clip, taken somewhere in China and uploaded to LiveLeak.Her face is not seen during the clip but she is wearing a blue, summer dress with bare legs.

It is not known if the man who made the footage eventually confronted the suspected pervert or informed the woman in question.
