Kim K slammed for wearing heels during Zoo visit with Kanye & North West


 Kim Kardashian and Kanye West took their baby girl to the zoo and fans are slamming her for wearing heels and not dressing like someone who went visiting the zoo..They called her vain and said everything is a photo and publicity stunt for her..
